GEO Fiyatları 2026: Maliyet ve Paket Rehberi
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) has no single list price; cost is set by your site's technical state, how many services and locations you want visibility for, and your monthly content volume.
The most irritating part of budgeting is a fivefold gap between two proposals describing the same job. In GEO that gap is real: in Turkey some agencies advertise 30.000-60.000 TL a month for enterprise scale, while one-off packages are announced at 2.900-13.500 TL. Neither figure is wrong; they describe different jobs. Every price here is in Turkish lira and comes from the Turkish market, where we work — bands elsewhere look different.
This guide explains where the gap comes from. Not a price list: an honest agency cannot quote before seeing your site. The point is to let you read a proposal line by line and answer "what does this number cover?" yourself.
Why "how much does GEO cost" has no single answer
Three variables set the cost of a GEO engagement.
Your starting point. A business with a fast site, clean foundations and orderly content does not need the same budget as a 2019 site drawn with JavaScript that AI crawlers see as empty. There, the first three months go entirely on repair. This is why serious agencies audit first and quote second.
Your scope. Being visible for "Istanbul Kadıköy implant" as a single-branch dental clinic, versus an accounting firm with offices in eight cities appearing across every city and every service split, can be ten times the workload. Scope grows linearly with page count, service count and language count.
How hard the competition is. Answering a question, ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity usually attributes three to five sources. How many corporate brands in your sector compete for those slots directly affects how long results take — and therefore how many months you pay for.
What are the cost lines in a GEO engagement?
The healthiest way to compare proposals is by line item, not by total. The table shows what to expect in a comprehensive engagement, and whether each item is one-off or ongoing.
| Line item | What it does | One-off / Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Visibility audit | Measures how the site looks to AI engines and which queries mention you | One-off |
| Technical repair | Server-side rendering, page speed, URL structure, bot access — lets bots see the content | One-off (repeated as needed) |
| Structured data (JSON-LD schema) | Tells the machine plainly who you are, what you sell, where you are | One-off setup + maintenance |
llms.txt and crawler configuration | Declares the site map and permissions to AI crawlers | One-off |
| Rewriting existing content | Turns old marketing-language pages into quotable text | One-off package |
| New content production | Question-led articles and service pages that can be cited | Monthly |
| Entity and citation signals | Directories, profiles, industry sources — verifying the brand outside your site | Monthly |
| Answer tracking and reporting | Regular measurement of which engine mentions you on which query | Monthly |
| Strategy and consulting | Query selection, order of priority, changing direction on results | Monthly |
| Tool and licence costs | Tracking software, rank and citation monitoring tools | Monthly |
That split matters: the first five items are largely setup, the last five are running costs. A proposal made only of setup items should not charge a monthly fee; one made only of running items leaves you to ask who fixes your infrastructure.
To compare these same line items against covering them with an internal team, see the in-house team versus agency decision matrix.
What do the advertised price bands in Turkey look like?
The figures below are not Next GEO Agency's prices; they are the bands Turkish agencies commonly advertise on their own sites. Useful as a basis for comparison, not as a commitment.
- Enterprise-scale GEO work: seen advertised in the 30.000-60.000 TL a month band.
- General SEO packages: mostly announced in the 15.000-60.000 TL a month range, with higher figures quoted for broad enterprise work.
- One-off packages and audits: packages advertised at 2.900-13.500 TL are common; a 5.000-25.000 TL band also appears for deeper technical audits.
- Small-business starter packages: offers positioned around 5.000-15.000 TL a month exist, but this band's scope varies enormously between agencies.
What should strike you is how little the small-business band is addressed. Most of the sector's communication is built around enterprise budgets. Yet what a single-branch clinic or three-person law firm needs is not what an enterprise e-commerce site needs — and no reason exists to price it the same.
How does scope change with the size of the business?
| Scale | Typical profile | What the scope should contain | Band |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single-location small business | Clinic, salon, estate agency, boutique consultancy | Technical repair, schema setup, llms.txt, rewriting 8-15 core pages, 2-4 pieces a month, single-city tracking | Bottom of advertised bands |
| Growing small business | 2-5 branches, or one site with many services | The above + service × location page architecture, 4-8 pieces a month, multi-engine tracking, external citation work | Lower-middle band |
| Multi-branch / regional brand | 5+ locations, several brands or service verticals | Page template system, internal linking architecture, 8-15 pieces a month, competitor citation analysis, monthly strategy meeting | Middle-upper band |
| Enterprise / e-commerce | Thousands of products, multilingual site, its own marketing team | Product data layer, schema generation at scale, joint work with the in-house team, custom reporting, continuous technical support | Top of advertised bands |
What rises with scale is not the hourly rate but the volume of work. The same schema setup is done for 12 pages and for 1.200 pages; the second needs automation, data validation and a test process. Most of the price difference comes from there.
One-off setup or monthly subscription?
They solve different problems. Setup makes your site readable by AI engines. Monthly work makes those engines prefer you.
A one-off setup makes sense when you have a content team and the problem is technical: the site does not render, there is no schema, bots are blocked. Fixed once, those items stay fixed for a long time.
Monthly work is necessary when competitors publish regularly, queries shift and engines update which sources they favour. Do nothing for six months and the ground the setup won goes to somebody else.
In practice the healthiest model is hybrid: intensive setup over the first four to eight weeks, then a lighter monthly package. The first invoice is higher than later ones — that shape is not a problem but a sign the work is structured correctly. Which service sits under which heading is on our solutions page.
What a GEO package must contain
When comparing prices, check the proposal states these explicitly:
- An opening audit report — you cannot promise to improve what you have not measured.
- A list of the queries to be worked on — "visibility in AI" is a wish, not a target.
- The scope of technical repair — which fixes are included, which cost extra.
- Monthly content count and length — "content support" with no number contains no commitment.
- Structured data setup — which schema types will be added.
- Measurement method — which engines, how often, on which queries.
- Reporting calendar and contents — screenshots, or measurable metrics.
- Contract term and exit condition — who owns the content and technical work produced.
If three of those eight are missing, what you have bought is not a package but a statement of intent.
How do you tell what a cheap proposal leaves out?
A low price is not always bad; narrow work should be cheap. The problem is narrow scope sold as broad. Watch for:
- A price quoted without an audit, on your sector alone.
- Unmeasurable phrases like "regular content" instead of a fixed number of pieces.
- Guarantees like "you will be on the first page" or "ChatGPT will recommend you" — no agency can commit to generative model output.
- A report made only of a traffic chart, never measuring whether you are cited in AI answers.
- Technical repair left "up to you", with the agency only writing content.
To turn these into a checklist, the question set in how to choose a GEO agency works directly on proposals.
How do you calculate the return on a GEO budget?
Whether a price is expensive cannot be judged from the number alone. The measure is what an average customer is worth to you.
For a law firm whose average client is worth 40.000 TL, one extra case a month covers a mid-band GEO budget. For an e-commerce site with an average basket of 600 TL, the same budget means dozens of extra orders a month. Even paying the same price, one of them reaches break-even far sooner.
You need three numbers: average customer value, conversion rate from first contact to sale, and how long a customer stays. We build that trio step by step, with an example, in the guide to calculating ROI on AI investment.
A realistic expectation frame helps: in GEO the first meaningful signals generally appear within 8-12 weeks, and a six-month horizon is healthier for settled visibility. Expecting a year's result from a three-month budget produces disappointment regardless of price.
How Next GEO Agency sets its prices
We have no single list price, because which items above are needed changes from business to business. No sense selling technical repair to a client whose site is already clean, or a content package to one that has a content team.
The order we follow: a free visibility analysis first — which queries mention your brand, how your site looks to AI crawlers, where the biggest gap is. It shows which line items you actually need, and the price follows from those. If we conclude the work will not add value, we say so plainly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is GEO more expensive than SEO?
They generally sit in the same band, because the technical foundation is largely shared. GEO differs in the depth of structured data, question-led content structure, and tracking citations inside AI answers. Because of those extras, an agency's GEO package can sit somewhat above its basic SEO package.
What is the lowest sensible budget for a small business starting GEO?
For a single-location business, a meaningful start is possible with a one-off package covering technical repair and schema setup. In the Turkish market the bottom of the advertised bands for such work generally begins in four figures. The setup produces value on its own without a monthly package; in hard-fought sectors, though, ground won cannot be held without regular content.
Can I buy a one-off service without paying monthly?
Yes, and in some cases it is the right choice. If your own team produces the content, having the technical foundation built once and running the rest internally makes sense. Expect from the agency clear documentation and a checklist your team can take over.
Why do agencies not want to quote up front?
Because most of the work depends on the current state of your site, which cannot be seen fully from outside. An agency quoting without looking will either narrow the scope later or price in the risk and come in more expensive than needed. Figures given before an audit are estimates.
How should I split my budget between content and technical work?
If your site has basic technical problems, the weight belongs on the technical side first — content published on a site that cannot be read is wasted. Once the infrastructure works, the balance shifts towards content. In practice a technical-heavy first quarter then a content-heavy period works for most businesses.
