SEO Pricing: A Monthly Base Fee and Add-On Items

The base fee, the numbers behind the scope, the unit price of every add-on and a worked example you can add up yourself, without waiting for a quote.

You do not need to fill in a form to learn the price. SEO work starts at 18.000 TL per month, and that figure excludes VAT. The base fee is not a closed package but a starting line you build scope onto: how many keywords are tracked, how many pieces of content are produced each month and whether the technical setup has to be built from scratch are the three items that move the total.

We publish the figure because we can publish the scope in numbers too. What makes a quote comparable is not the monthly amount but how many keywords it tracks, how much content it buys and how often the report arrives. Below you will find the price first, then what that price covers, then the items deliberately left outside it.

Pricing

Monthly SEO price and add-on items

The base fee comes with a defined scope; as the scope grows, the total grows through add-on items calculated from the unit prices below.

Base price

from 18.000 TL per month

VAT excluded. The base fee covers 15 target keywords, 2 pieces of content per month, a technical audit in the first month and a monthly report.

Add-on items

Every item added on top of the base scope carries its own unit price; you decide which of them you take.

ItemPriceWhat it covers
+10 target keywords4.000 TL / monthIncreases the number of tracked keywords, in steps of ten, that feed the content plan.
Extra content2.500 TL per pieceEach blog post or service page written on top of the two included in the base fee.
Technical setup from scratch10.000 TL (one-off)Charged once in the first month on sites with no measurement, sitemap, robots or schema layer in place.

Worked example

For a business that wants 25 keywords and 4 pieces of content a month, the monthly total adds up like this:

  • Base fee (15 keywords and 2 pieces of content included)18.000 TL
  • +10 target keywords (25 in total)4.000 TL
  • 2 extra pieces at 2.500 TL each (4 in total)5.000 TL
  • Monthly total27.000 TL + VAT

If the technical setup has to be built from scratch, 10.000 TL is added once in the first month and does not repeat afterwards.

All amounts on this page exclude VAT and this price list is valid until 31 December 2026. The list may be updated after that date; on ongoing work any change is notified in writing in advance.

Scope

What the base fee covers

The four items below are what the base fee buys. Wherever a number can be given, it is given; we avoid unmeasurable descriptions such as “comprehensive SEO work”.

15 target keywords

Queries are chosen together, the page that answers each query is written into a table, and tracking runs off that list. The list is not frozen; a keyword that turns out not to work can be swapped for another.

2 pieces of content per month

Written as a blog post or a service page, planned against the keywords on the tracking list. Text goes through your approval before publication; we publish no unsourced statistic and no unverified case.

Technical audit (first month)

Crawling, indexing, redirect chains, canonical conflicts and page speed are reviewed end to end in the first month. The output is not a score but a fix list ordered by importance.

Monthly report

One document each month: what moved on which keyword, which page went live, which technical item was closed and what gets looked at next month. The report is monthly and is not a separately charged item.

Process

How the price gets settled

The three steps below describe how the figure becomes final. The timings describe a typical start; they are not a commitment.

  1. Step 1 — first call

    Talking through the scope

We go over the size of the site, its current technical state, the target queries and which city or language you want to be visible in. That call is free and carries no commitment.

  2. Step 2 — a few working days

    Written quote

The base fee and the chosen add-ons are collected on a single page. The quote states in numbers how many keywords, how much content and which technical work is included; contract length and payment schedule are settled together at this stage.

  3. Step 3 — monthly

    Work and reporting

The scope runs month by month and a report arrives at the end of each one. If you later want to add keywords or content, the amount is calculated from the same list prices; there is no separate negotiation.

Limits

Items not included in the price

The following sit outside both the base fee and the add-ons. We write them down up front so nothing surprises you after the quote:

  • Ad budget. Google Ads or Meta Ads spend is paid directly to the platform; ad management is a separate service and sits outside this list.
  • Third-party tool licences. If rank tracking, crawling or content tools require a subscription, that cost is discussed separately.
  • Design and development work beyond content. New page design, theme development and infrastructure changes are a separate scope.
  • Buying links. We neither buy paid links nor sponsored posts; the method breaks Google’s own guidelines and the risk stays with the business.
  • Translation and multilingual content production. If you publish in more than one language, scope and price are agreed separately.
Variables

What moves the price

The same base fee does not mean the same workload on every site. Four variables mainly decide how many add-on items end up in a quote:

  • Level of competition: how many strong sites compete on the same query directly affects how many keywords and how much content the work needs.
  • Size of the site: crawling and schema work on a few-page business site is not the same job as on a catalogue with thousands of product pages.
  • Existing technical debt: if measurement was never set up, URLs are scattered or redirect problems remain from an old rebuild, the first month gets heavier.
  • Number of target cities and languages: working in one city in one language does not run on the same keyword list as three cities or two languages.
